Good morning Rich,
Was nice talking with you last night.
Harley was great last night. I'm amazed with his heart sometimes, he never quits.
My compliments to you and the rest of the Stake Your Claim staff for doing your homework and being astute when prospecting quality talent. I know not every horse races well all of the time but as far as I'm concerned your program is excellent overall. I won't hesitate to recommend you guys to the people I know. I will probably have close to 10-15 friends in attendance to watch him in his next race. If any of them ask how I got involved with him, I'll be giving them your name and phone number along with a strong recommendation.

Obviously, I love the model. Owning a piece of a racehorse was a dream
that was only realized through Stake Your Claim. It sounds corny, but
it is true. I've never felt like I was taken advantage of, or bought
into something that I didn't want, or felt like I was being a nuisance.
Honestly, before the yearling sales began I was considering going in on
a baby with another group (via a trainer that primarily works the grand
circuit). I was concerned about how many, and what type of yearlings
you might get, since I thought that the SYC yearling purchases would be
limited. However, I quickly decided against going outside because I
was very nervous about how the process would work, and that I would be
taken advantage of. I could see getting stuck with a yearling I didn't
want and getting fleeced every step along the way. You guys set the
bar pretty high! I’m just thankful I realized this before I made a
mistake that would haunt me for – potentially – a long time.
You've stated before you surround yourself with good people
(trainers). I recently served on a jury where after walking out of the
courthouse, I commented to somebody that you can usually fall back on
somebodys character as an indication of their intentions. You guys
are up front and honest about the risks, haven't pushed anything on me,
work with top trainers, provide full disclosure on bills, tolerate some
of my forgetfulness, and will put up with my whining once in awhile.
You’ve got a loyal customer.

Rich --
I'm glad you sent this email. It shows the strong relationship building you practice with your trainers and their staff - and I can only expect things like this to be beneficial in the long run for the SYC stable and its owners.
As a Logan owner, I am too very pleased with Logan's progress -- and have enjoyed the weekly viewing of the horse's performance since entering the SYC stable.
Since I know you can't pass along the the comments of every owner, I feel good knowing that you are showing the Ted McDonnell stable some extra appreciation for a job well done.

Dear Stake Your Claim Stable.
I would like to thank you for your extremely generous, and completely unexpected tip money that you recently sent me for working on your horses Conway Lane and Logan Aas. I was very surprised to receive such a large amount of money for just doing my job! It meant a lot to me to know that my efforts are not going unnoticed, and that you felt that I was deserving of such a large tip! I truly love all of the horses that I am given a chance to work with, and I am very fortunate to have such a wonderful group of animals under my care, as I do at the present. Great horses, great employers, and great owners make my job feel more than worth doing, and enjoyable for me to come to everyday.
Thank you again! These are great horses.
Sincerely,
Sarah Town

Guys,
I appreciate all the fine work you have done with this classy mare Peine Bubbles.
From the research, analysis, selection and purchase, to the decisions
made in her handling and care. All top notch!
I look forward to the next gutsy gal (I'm partial to the ladies).

For nine years I have been connected with the Stake Your Claim ownership group. By purchasing shares of their horses, I've enjoyed some great successes-Warrawee Flare, Art Director, SPF Forty, and Houston Hanover to name a few. Without their stellar support, I would never have been able to participate in racing on the Ontario Jockey Club Circuit and The Meadowlands. I really like the idea of making my decision after a horse is purchased. There have been times when I've missed out on some really good ones by being hesitant. I have really appreciated their efforts to respond promptly with detail to my queries. The accounting controls at Stake Your Claim Stable are second to none, a model for a harness racing partnership, so detailed and well documented. Stake Your Claim Stable's Canadian trainers-Darren McCall, Mike Keeling, and Ted MacDonnell do such a great job. For Canadians who want to have a piece of the action in the highest levels of the sport, Stake Your Claim is your best option.

Rich;
Ladytrix was one of a long list of great purchases you have made, last spring she provided many great memories including winning the "Hopeful" at Yonkers.
I will certainly be looking to add a horse or two to my portfolio.
Thanks

Hey Guys,
Awesome news on Tommy T hitting the SYC Stable $100,000 club. I couldn't be happier with his turnaround. Its been a real treat to see this guy go out there each week and be so competitive. An all around great job from team Snyder and SYC stable.
sincerely,

Rich,
I want to thank you for the classy way you retired Warrawee Flare. I think that the sale price as a broodmare was fair, and the fact that she is treated with respect in Australia makes the transaction a much better way to go.
Best,
Keith
